Lennart Greiner

Lennart Greiner is an attorney specializing in copyright and media law, as well as in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). He advises companies and individuals in the film, television, and streaming industries on all matters related to the development, financing, production, and exploitation of films and television series. His practice focuses on drafting and negotiating contracts, providing legal support for ongoing productions (Production Legal), and enforcing and defending against copyright and media law claims in both out-of-court and litigation proceedings.

Lennart Greiner also lectures at the Hamburg Media School (HMS) and gives speeches at industry events in the film and media sectors.

Prior to joining VON HAVE FEY, Lennart Greiner worked as an attorney at an international corporate law firm in the areas of copyright, press, and competition law, as well as the law of digital platforms. Even before studying law at the University of Konstanz, he earned a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in business administration with a focus on banking from the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University.

He lives in Hamburg.
