Dr. Sebastian Gorski

Dr. Sebastian Gorski, LL.M. (Chapman), is a media lawyer with vast experience in litigation, focusing on press law and contract drafting. He represents individuals and enterprises in press and personality rights-related disputes and provides counsel in media crisis communication. Among his clients are well-known media professionals, popular music artists and athletes. His services include advice on how to deal with threatening reporting, taking action against media publications and protection of reputation on the net. Furthermore, he assists his clients in the negotiation of contracts, especially in film, television and advertising deals.

Sebastian Gorski received his doctorate on the law of musical collecting societies and completed a master's degree in Entertainment and Media Law in California. He was a lecturer at the University of Hamburg, the Media Academy Hamburg and Chapman University. He was admitted to the bar in 2010 and worked for a renowned media law firm in Berlin from 2012 to 2020. He has been a partner at VON HAVE FEY since 2020.
