Our press law and thus also personality rights expert, Dr. Sebastian Gorski, participated in a panel discussion on “The Digital Revolution – Avatars, Virtual Productions and the Changing Film Industry” at the Green Actors Lounge in Berlin and discussed, among other things, the legal possibilities and challenges of the digital representation of individulas in movies with other panel participants.
