„All Quiet on the Western Front” awarded with seven BAFTAs

Edward Berger’s remake of the anti-war drama “All Quiet on the Western Front” has won seven BAFTA Awards. Previously, the film topped the list of nominations with 14, making it one of the most recognised non-English language films in BAFTA history.

Berger’s work was honoured in the Best Film and Best Director categories. The film also took home BAFTAs in the categories of Best Adapted Screenplay, Non-English Language Film, Cinematography, Sound and Original Score.
